LEVEL III CAREGIVER

Always Best Care is seeking experienced Level III caregivers throughout Napa and Solano County. This role is ideal for caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and supporting clients with more involved daily needs.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

We're looking for caregivers who can demonstrate: Hands-on personal care experience: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care while protecting each client's dignity.

Safe mobility and transfer skills:

Experience with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other transfer equipment, following the care plan and required training.

Dementia care skills:

Patience with repeated questions, thoughtful redirection, and a calm approach when a client is confused or resistant to care.

Sound observation and communication:

Recognizing changes in a client's condition and promptly reporting concerns to the office.

Strong documentation habits:

Accurate task completion and detailed shift notes that describe the care provided and the client's response.

Dependability:

Consistent availability, punctuality, and clear communication with the scheduling team. A valid driver's license and a registered, insured vehicle are required. Level III placement is based on verified experience and demonstrated skills.

HOW YOU'LL SUPPORT OUR CLIENTS

Provide attentive care that helps seniors feel safe, comfortable, and respected at home. Along with personal care and mobility assistance, you'll prepare meals, offer medication reminders according to the care plan, assist with light housekeeping, and provide companionship. We value caregivers who notice what needs attention, offer choices, encourage participation, and take initiative while respecting each client's preferences.

PAY, SUPPORT & OPPORTUNITY

Level III starting pay: $19.00 per hour Opportunities for raises at your 90-day review and annual reviews. Training and ongoing guidance to strengthen your caregiving skills. Access to our 24-hour office for support. Assignments based on client needs, your availability, and your qualifications.
