Develop business through established and new healthcare and senior care referral relationships. Strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout Ventura County. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing local team. Oversee staffing, caregiver operations, service delivery, and client satisfaction. Monitor operational, financial, and growth KPIs and execute plans to achieve business goals. Ensure an exceptional experience for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. Maintain compliance with California home care requirements and organizational standards. Identify opportunities to expand market presence and improve operational performance. Qualifications 3+ years of home care or senior care leadership experience. Established referral relationships within Ventura County. Proven business development and relationship-building ability.
