Job Overview:

As a caregiver with Golden Hope Services, you will provide non-medical home care support to elderly clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. This is a W-2 employment position with flexible short and long shift opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide mobility support and transfers Prepare and assist with meals Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping related to client care Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition to office/supervisor Maintain accurate care documentation

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (facility or in-home). New HCA-certified caregivers are welcome to apply.

Pay Rate:

$25/hr for short shifts $22/hr + OT for long shifts (e.g., 12-hour shifts)

• 6:00 AM Seeking a caregiver experienced with: Mobility Assistance, Bathing/Dressing, Light Meal Prep, Monitoring Eating/Drinking, Light Cleaning, Companionship, and Exercise.

No Hoyer lift needed.

Day Shift Includes:

Morning sponge bath with manual stretching Light meal prep Transfers between bed/wheelchair/commode/recliner/chair as needed Assistance with transfers when given simple, quiet instructions (at times she may need extra help — for example, if she has a cold) PT-prescribed exercises

Companionship Night Shift Includes:

Light dinner prep Transfers between bed/wheelchair/commode/recliner/chair until bedtime as needed Repositioning in bed every 2 hours, and changing as needed if wet
