And we take that responsibility seriously. What You'll Do Work up to 12 hour shifts, days and nights available! Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Support mobility and transfers — helping clients move safely around their home Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs Provide companionship — conversation, activities, errands, and social engagement are a core part of this role, not an afterthought Perform light housekeeping related to client care: laundry, dishes, tidying common areas Assist with medication reminders (non-medical — we remind, we do not administer) Provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community activities (for drivers with their own vehicle) Complete accurate care notes at the end of each shift using our mobile scheduling platform Communicate any changes in client condition, safety concerns, or family feedback to the care coordination team No Experience?
