We are looking for dependable and caring PRN QMAPs (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) to join our team. As a PRN QMAP, you will play an important role in medication administration and direct resident care while supporting our communities with coverage as needed. This is a flexible opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with seniors and want to be part of a supportive care team.

QMAP-Certified Starting Rate:

$22.00 per hour What You'll Do Administer medications according to resident care plans and medication orders. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Provide meal preparation and meal assistance. Assist with cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home environment. Complete accurate and timely care documentation. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members. Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents' individual needs. Follow applicable safety, medication administration, and resident-care procedures.
