We are seeking a compassionate reliable caregiver to join a supportive care team for an adult male(50s) in Durango's Animas valley who is living with a traumatic brain injury and Parkinsons. This daytime role is a great fit for someone who is positive patient dependable and enjoys providing companionship while respecting personal space and independence. The ideal caregiver is a team player with good judgment and a calm encouraging presence. That also has the physical ability to assist with daily activities, moblity support and daily caregiving needs. You need to be a person that communicates well with the team and is willing to be respectful friendly and a positive part of the team. And you are able to manage the physical demands of the job which includes biking. We have pets that are a big part of life so animal friendly person is necessary. Lastly being comfortable with a quieter routine is often necessary. Must have reliable transportation and be able to get to work in winter. Prefer someone that lives near Durango.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
