The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential medication administration and support to residents in various care settings, including assisted living, memory care, and hospice care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals under your supervision. Responsibilities Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medical documentation related to medication administration and resident health status. Monitor and record vital signs of residents regularly, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities and provide support for residents with disabilities or special needs. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for residents. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations within the facility. Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and their families. Skills Experience in a hospital or senior care environment is preferred. Proficient in medication administration techniques and understanding of medical documentation practices. Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs. Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities, memory care needs, and hospice care requirements.
