Touching Hearts at Home is looking for caring, dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one care and companionship to our clients. Every client is different, and that's what makes this job so special! You'll help with everyday things while also being someone they can count on for a little conversation, a snack, a smile, or some company.

Responsibilities :

Provide individualized care by assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor clients' health status and promptly report any changes or concerns to the office. Provide medication reminders. Assist with meal preparation, cooking, or warming up meals. Bring a favorite snack and enjoy some companionship time with your client when they are receptive to it. Assist with client transfers as needed. Every client has different needs and levels of care. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing living spaces. Document care activities thoroughly and communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff. No caregiving experience is required.
