Flatirons Flex Care Outstanding care begins with outstanding people. We're seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team at Flatirons Flex Care. As a caregiver with our organization, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while working in a supportive and respectful environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide companionship and conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Prepare and assist with meal preparation and feeding Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties with attention to dignity and cleanliness Provide mobility support, including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises Assist with medication reminders and ensure safety protocols are followed Accompany clients on errands and appointments, as needed Additional duties based on individualized care plans
What We Look For:
18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation with valid insurance Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation Direct deposit enrollment required Bi-Lingual a
