Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, including working with seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care and support. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide medication administration and ensure adherence to care plans Monitor vital signs and perform patient observation to report any changes in health status Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary needs Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning and organization Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary Document care provided and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including those with Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities Qualifications Previous experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is preferred Strong understanding of patient care techniques, including memory care and direct support for individuals with disabilities Ability to assist client with ADLs Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when working with clients Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules We invite you to join our team of dedicated caregivers who are committed to providing exceptional support and enhancing the lives of those we serve.
