Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Support clients with medication management and appointment scheduling Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being through positive interactions and emotional support Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

In Home Caregiver experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
