Part Time Senior Caregiver - Brookfield, CT A welcoming, smoke-free home in Brookfield, CT 06804 is seeking a patient, reliable, and attentive caregiver for an independent, cognitively sharp 86-year-old woman. She uses a walker for mobility support. Schedule 5 to 7 days per week (open to 5 days/week M-F or full 7 days/week) 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM daily Approximately 25-35 hours per week Family Specifications Care recipient is cognitively sharp and lives independently. The home is equipped with stair chair lifts. Smoke-free home environment. Responsibilities Provide gentle mobility assistance, fall prevention, and safety supervision around the home. Assist with in-home care and support. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping. Handle grocery shopping, local errands, and pharmacy pickups. Provide safe transportation and escort to medical appointments and local senior center activities. Offer warm, supportive companionship. Requirements Prior experience in senior caregiving, and mobility assistance. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, active auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle for transportation and errands. Patient, dependable, and attentive personality. Preferred CPR and First Aid certified. Compensation $22-25 per hour All candidates will be subject to a background check. This position requires proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
