Overview We are seeking a caring and energetic Caregiver to join our team, passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and individuals with special needs. This role offers an opportunity to deliver nurturing care, promote childhood development, and support families with their daily caregiving needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and eager to foster a safe and engaging environment for those in their care. Duties Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Support children with disabilities by implementing individualized care plans and behavior management strategies Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding daily activities and developmental progress Assist with light housekeeping related to childcare duties to ensure a clean and organized space Skills Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying or early childhood education Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs preferred Strong teaching abilities with patience and empathy for young children Ability to handle toddler care routines confidently and efficiently Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members Join us to make a meaningful impact through dedicated caregiving!
