Constant Homemakers and Companions Inc. is seeking a dependable and compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home support to a client in Willimantic, Connecticut . Position Responsibilities Provide companionship and general supervision Assist with activities of daily living as needed Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide medication reminders as directed Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Communicate client needs and changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor Follow the client's care plan and agency policies Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, personal care, or related experience preferred Reliable and dependable Professional and compassionate Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff Able to perform the essential duties of the position Must be authorized to work in the United States Background check and required employment screening will be completed in accordance with agency policy
