'Summary' 'We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Assistant (PCA) caregiver who has a reliable vehicle to join our team in Bristol This role is vital in delivering compassionate, personalized care to our clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and comfort.' 'Responsibilities' ' Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment. Support clients in medication reminders and administration. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Follow care plans tailored to each client's needs. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure quality care.' 'Qualifications' ' Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar caregiving role. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification. Experience assisting with ADLs and mobility support. Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
