Responsibilities- Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers.
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients and their families.
