Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes. Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundering
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status
  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed Qualifications
  • Prior experience in home health or a related field is preferred
  • Certification in CPR is requited
  • Familiarity with hospice care and memory care practices is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy towards senior patients
