Job Description

Looking for immediate hire. Biweekly pay (direct deposit). Pay starts at $3,400.00/month. Must have own reliable transportation. This is a 1099, live-in position. The staff will not be required to pay rent or reasonable expenses for electricity, water, and internet. The staff will be responsible for their own food/groceries.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home care to disabled individuals
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (as needed)
  • Record daily documentation substantiating delivery of services
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals (as needed)
  • Assist with mobility and transfers (as needed)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain cleanliness of home 24/7
  • Transport clients to appointments or outings
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Experience in disability care and companionship or a related field (preferred)
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in group home, supported living, or assisted living settings
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
