This role offers an energizing opportunity to provide vital assistance in a nurturing environment, promoting independence, safety, and well-being. As a Personal Assistant Caregiver, you will be a trusted companion and caregiver, empowering clients to live fulfilling lives while ensuring their health and safety are prioritized every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Document patient observations accurately, report concerns promptly, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to update care plans Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is highly desirable Knowledge of patient care techniques including CPR, first aid, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or memory impairments such as Alzheimer's or dementia care Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist with transfers or mobility support Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams Valid certifications in CPR and first aid; Join us in providing compassionate caregiving that transforms lives!
