Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry and Glades Counties, Florida Gulfside Living Healthcare Services, LLC is a Florida-licensed nurse registry (AHCA #30213171) based in Cape Coral and serving Southwest Florida. We are actively expanding our independent-contractor network as we grow our referral base.

assignments and hours are not guaranteed. We are credentialing qualified professionals now so we have a strong local network ready when matching referrals become available. If you want to grow with a local nurse-led registry from the beginning, we'd like to meet you. Please read this is contract work, not employment. As a nurse registry we refer independent contractors to private-pay clients. You would be self-employed independent contractor (1099) , not an employee. You set your own availability, you accept or decline each assignment, and you are paid per hour worked. We do not withhold taxes, and we do not provide benefits.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO

Companionship, conversation and supervision for elderly and disabled adults in their own homes Light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes Meal preparation and grocery shopping Medication reminders only — no medication administration Transportation/escort to appointments and errands when included in the referral and when contractor vehicle/insurance requirements are met. This role does NOT include hands-on personal care, bathing or toileting assistance, transfers, or clinical or nursing tasks of any kind.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation Caregiving, senior-care or dementia experience preferred Willingness to complete Gulfside credentialing requirements

BEFORE ACCEPTING REFERRALS

Level 2 background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse Current CPR certification with an in-person skills component; online-only certification not accepted Current TB screening and required health statement Notarized Affidavit of Good Moral Character Required Alzheimer's/dementia training, as applicable Completion of Gulfside orientation and required acknowledgments Professional liability insurance is NOT required for Companion/Homemaker contractors.
