Job Description
Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while respecting their privacy. Plan and prepare meals that adhere to the client's specific dietary requirements and nutritional needs, including grocery shopping. Provide medication reminders and assist with organizing prescription schedules to ensure proper and timely intake. Offer mobility support by helping clients move safely throughout their home, including transferring from a bed to a chair, to reduce fall risks. Manage household chores such as laundry, light cleaning, and dishwashing to maintain a clean and orderly living space. Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings, providing transportation and assistance as needed. Monitor and document any changes in the client's physical or mental condition and report these observations to family members and healthcare professionals. Identify and address potential safety hazards within the home to create a secure and accessible environment for the client.
