ABOUT THE POSITION I

am looking for dependable, caring, and responsible Direct Care Staff to work with 6 teenage females in foster care . This is an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of youth while providing them with a safe, structured, and supportive home environment.

Job responsibilities include:

Supervising and caring for the youth Cooking and preparing meals Cleaning and maintaining the home Transporting youth to school, appointments, activities, etc. Mentoring and providing positive guidance Administering medications as required Assisting youth with daily routines and responsibilities Completing required documentation Maintaining appropriate boundaries and professionalism Other duties related to the care and supervision of the youth Our group home operates as a family-oriented environment where staff are treated with respect and have the opportunity to make a real impact.

HOURS / AVAILABILITY THE GROUP HOME IS OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS AS NEEDED.

Morning:

7:00 AM•3:00

PM Evening:

3:00 PM•11:00

PM Night:

11:00 PM•7:00 AM We are looking for applicants who are reliable, flexible, serious about working, and ready to start

From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0•40.0 per week
