Staff assist with daily activities, skill-building exercises, and community integration while ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist participants with daily living skills and personal care as needed. Support clients in educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities. Monitor and ensure participant safety at all times. Document participant progress and daily activities accurately. Promote social interaction, independence, and skill development. Attend staff meetings and training as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Level 2 background Screening & Local law 2 Years of Experience working with diabled individuals CPR/First Aid Valid driver's license/reliable car,/ Car registration,/ Insurance Ability to work effectively with adults with developmental disabilities. Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills.

•Other web trainings are required, but can be worked on upon hire.
