Schedule:

Approximately 32 hours per week Personal Care Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate English-speaking female HHA to provide in-home support and companionship to a young man in the 33170 area. Most services will be provided inside the client's home. The ideal candidate should enjoy providing companionship, keeping the client engaged, and assisting with daily activities. The family has dogs, so applicants must be comfortable working around dogs. Someone who enjoys gardening would be an excellent match.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and supervision Assist with daily living activities as needed Engage the client in meaningful activities Encourage social interaction and independence Maintain a safe and supportive environment Follow the client's care plan and document services accurately

Requirements:

Valid HHA certificate Fluent in English Level 2 AHCA background screening Local background screening Current CPR and First Aid certification Required APD/Train Florida certificates Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration High school diploma or equivalent Social Security card and authorization to work Resume and three professional references Must be dependable and comfortable around dogs Gardening experience or an interest in gardening is a plus.
