Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands ECC, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our administrative team & healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you assist every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate in-home care Assist with personal care & activities of daily living Prepare meals & provide medication reminders Monitor and report changes in client needs Promote client dignity & independence Work closely with our care team

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar position. Strong communication skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A current CNA license or HHA certification Valid CPR certification Eligibility for a Level 2

Background Check Bonus If You:

Have experience working with specific populations, such as the elderly or disabled. Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements) Are familiar with basic medical terminology and client care documentation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options to work across all days of the week.
