EverCare Health LLC is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional PRN Care Companions to provide support services to seniors and individuals needing assistance within the home setting. This position is ideal for CNAs, HHAs, nursing students, caregivers, or individuals with experience in companion care, transportation assistance, homemaker services, and ADL support.Responsibilities :
Assist clients with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings Perform meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide wellness observation and safety monitoring Assist clients with maintaining independence at home Follow individualized client instructions and care plans Maintain professionalism and reliability during all scheduled shifts Complete shift reports/documentation after each visitRequirements:
ADL assistance experience is required Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to follow instructions carefully Must have reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Caregiving experience preferred CNA, HHA, nursing student, or healthcare background preferred but not required Must pass background screeningSchedule:
