We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and experienced Caregivers/Companions who are passionate about helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. This is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for flexible scheduling and additional hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as appropriate Provide companionship and supervision Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care Accompany clients to appointments or errands when applicable Observe and report changes in the client's condition Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Follow the client's individualized plan of care

Qualifications:

CNA, HHA, or prior caregiving/companion experience Compassionate, reliable, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a client's home Reliable transportation preferred Must meet all applicable hiring, background screening, and documentation requirements Flexible availability is highly desirable Why Join SURVE?
