Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caretaker to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. This role involves working closely with clients, including those with disabilities or special needs, to ensure their well-being and enhance their quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment. Duties Monitor the health and well-being of clients, providing regular updates on their condition. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, ensuring a hygienic environment. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction. Assist clients with mobility, including lifting when necessary, while ensuring their safety. Administer first aid and CPR when required, following established protocols. Strong knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and home health practices. Experience working in group homes or similar settings is highly beneficial. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while maintaining their dignity. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and families. A compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
