Job Summary:

Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver who enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of others? We are seeking caring and reliable Companion Caregivers to join our growing team and provide high-quality, non-medical support to clients in their homes. As a Companion Caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence by providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and emotional support in a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and social interaction. Assist with meal planning and light meal preparation. Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas. Provide medication reminders (no medication administration). Assist with errands and grocery shopping. Accompany clients to appointments and community outings when needed. Observe and report changes in the client's condition or environment. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Deliver care with professionalism, dignity, and compassion.

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving, home care, or companion care experience preferred but not required. Compassionate, dependable, and patient. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Ability to pass a background screening. Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
