Sales Executive - Home Care | Miami, FL Relationship Development | Referral Growth | Established South Florida Presence MedBest is seeking an experienced Sales Executive on behalf of an established South Florida home care company to drive growth and expand referral relationships throughout the Miami market. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional to represent an organization with more than 20 years in the market, an established footprint across South Florida, and a strong operational foundation behind the services you're selling. The Role As Sales Executive, you'll focus on developing referral sources, building meaningful relationships across the healthcare community, and creating new avenues for growth in the Miami market. You'll have a broad range of home care services to bring to market, creating multiple paths to develop business through hospitals, rehabilitation providers, senior living communities, physicians, elder-care professionals, veterans, and other community partners. What You'll Do
  • Build and strengthen referral relationships throughout the Miami healthcare market
  • Develop new referral channels and identify opportunities for sustainable growth
  • Represent the organization with hospitals, rehabilitation providers, senior living communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage relationships from initial outreach through referral development
  • Partner closely with operations to ensure new business is supported by a high-quality client experience
