ENGLISH IS A MUST!
!! Duties- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundering
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals Experience
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and patient observation techniques is beneficial
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and respect
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
