Ivory Homecare Nurse Registry is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Caregiver/CNA/HHA to provide in-home care for a patient requiring assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Fall risk and requires assistance and supervision Responsibilities Assist the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide support with mobility and transfers as needed Assist with personal care and hygiene Provide supervision and safety monitoring due to fall risk Assist with light housekeeping related to the patient's care Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a safe and clean environment Report any changes in the patient's condition or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor Qualifications Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience preferred Experience assisting patients who are at risk for falls is a plus Dependable and punctual Compassionate and patient Able to safely assist with mobility and daily activities Must be able to pass required background screening and agency requirements We are looking for someone reliable who takes pride in providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care.
