Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. Duties Provide attentive care to children and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene maintenance for infants, toddlers, and children Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Create a nurturing environment by fostering trust and building strong relationships with clients and their families Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health updates, and developmental milestones Collaborate with families, teachers, or healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care tailored to individual needs Qualifications Prior experience in childcare, daycare settings, babysitting, or nannying preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with children of various ages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom experience is a plus Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or assisting children during activities Join us in making a positive impact by providing exceptional care that nurtures growth, supports development, and creates joyful moments for those we serve.
