Group Home Experience Required Locations:

IB Group Homes, Behavior-Focused Group Homes, and Transportation AAAS is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our team. We provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and we're looking for team members who share our commitment to equality, dignity, and respect. As a Direct Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients. Your prior group home experience will help create a positive and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and community outings. Support clients with hygiene, dressing, and other personal needs. Prepare and serve balanced, nutritious meals. Administer medications per prescribed guidelines. Accurately document daily progress and report changes in condition. Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Collaborate with team members to foster a nurturing community. Qualifications Previous group home experience required. Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-based group home setting.
