Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed, promoting nutritional health. Maintain accurate medical documentation and assist in managing medical records for each client. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and emotional well-being. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist in long-term care strategies for clients requiring ongoing support. Requirements Proven experience in patient care or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices is beneficial.
