The pay rate is $17.00 per hour , with the support hours ranging from 6-8 hours on the scheduled day . (SATURDAY ONLY) The companion will provide assistance and support during community outings, helping the client safely participate in activities, access community resources, and maintain independence and social engagement.

Must have reliable transportation (this is a MUST) High school diploma or equivalent CPR or BLS certification (we can assist if not current) APD training (we provide training) Must pass both local and Level 2 background checks

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care in community settings Provide Companion service in community Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Monitor client health and report changes Administer basic medications and support care needs (If applicable) Teach and support family members with patience and goal

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in home health or direct care Positive, compassionate demeanor Physical ability to assist clients Excellent communication skills
