Albany, GA 31707 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities including feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene. Help residents with showering and grooming to maintain their dignity and cleanliness. Change residents as needed, ensuring their comfort and hygiene. Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Required Skills Experience as a Resident Care Associate or similar role. Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care. Proficient in assisting with feeding, clothing, showering, and changing residents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Attention to detail and commitment to resident safety and comfort. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or training in resident care preferred. Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements.
