Job Description
We are looking for compassionate caregiver for our company. We do not tolerate disrespect, discrimination, retaliation, aggressive behavior towards any of our clients. Please note this a Cerebral Palsy and total care case. Please do not apply if you do not have advance level of experience with these cases. Duties include but not limited to
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a personal care assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
