We are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in need of assistance within their homes. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Cleveland, GA, working from 9 am to 7 pm , Friday through Sunday . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience across various healthcare settings, including long-term care, assisted living, hospitals, and home care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by delivering exceptional support and medical assistance. Duties Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Assist with medication administration under supervision, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control procedures. Requirements Proven experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including ICU, trauma centers), nursing homes, or home health settings. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS). Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for patient safety. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges, including those requiring hospice or palliative care. Strong communication skills coupled with compassionate caregiving abilities; experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, or behavioral health is advantageous. Background check required.
