Job Description
This positon is for weekend shifts only. Jesse's House is a 24/7 residential shelter for adolescent girls who have either been removed from circumstances of abuse and neglect. Direct Care Staff are responsible for supervision of residents in a nurturing, yet structured environment. DCS provide guidance for respectful, healthy communication, and instruction for independent life skills such as hygiene, cooking, and cleaning. Daily shift documentation is required as well as incident reports when needed.
