This role exists to protect and elevate that standard every day . The Role We are seeking an Executive Director to lead operations across two boutique senior living communities in Dalton, GA. This is a hands-on leadership role . You will be visible, present, and engaged — setting expectations, building strong teams, and ensuring consistent excellence in resident care and daily operations. An important part of this role is building relationships and representing Lighthouse in the local community . Strong operations paired with trusted relationships drive sustainable growth. What You'll Be Responsible For Championing an exceptional resident and family experience Building, developing, and maintaining a strong, competent, accountable staff Hiring intentionally, training thoroughly, and coaching consistently Setting clear standards and ensuring they are upheld Maintaining compliance and survey readiness Supporting occupancy growth through relationship-based networking, tours, and community outreach Developing and maintaining referral relationships (healthcare providers, professionals, and community partners) Serving as a steady, professional leader within both communities A core responsibility of this role is staff accountability . When leadership builds strong teams and holds standards, residents benefit. Who We Hire For We hire the person first . Senior living or healthcare experience is a plus , not a requirement.
