working with youth One year working with adolescents preferred, preferably in a group setting Comfortable in any setting, both indoors and outdoors. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Possess a Valid Driver's License.Description of Key Responsibilities:
Supervises residents and ensures that appropriate rules and regulations are followed during on/off campus activities. Manages residents' behavior that is consistent with Mindset, the merit system, residential service and safety plans. Accurately and promptly documents residents' daily activities including allegations of abuse and neglect.Teaches independent living skills:
housekeeping, proper manners, personal hygiene, dressing appropriately. Supports the philosophy that promotes strength-based, family and community-focused activities. Adheres to all PREA standards. Part-time and full-time positions are available on 1st (7AM-3PM or 8AM- 4 PM), 2nd (3PM
- 11PM), and 3rd (11PM
- 3AM or 11 PM
- 8:15 AM) shifts. All hires are expected to completed the hours that are agreed upon at the time of hire
- we cannot allow coming in late or leaving early.
