Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record patients' vital signs and overall health status regularly to ensure safety and well-being Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary Administer medications accurately following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, autism, or developmental disabilities through specialized memory and behavioral care techniques Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Observe and report any changes in health or behavior promptly to healthcare professionals or family members Experience Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings preferred

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
