As a 1:1 Inclusion Aide Aide , you'll build meaningful connections by supporting a keiki one-on-one to help them feel included, confident, and fully engaged in our after-school program Part-Time | Kalaheo | $18-$21/hour | Full-Time Benefits for Part-Timers Why You'll Love This Role Make a real impact on one child's growth, confidence, and success.
Perfect part-time schedule:
Weekday afternoons — ideal for college students or anyone seeking rewarding, flexible work.

Schedule Monday-Friday | Approx. 1:45 PM-5:30
PM Wednesdays:
Early release start at 12:30 PM No weekends, no nights, and no take-home prep. Who You Are You genuinely enjoy helping children feel included and successful . You bring patience, positivity, and a calm, caring presence . Experience as an
RBT, SPED
aide, or paraprofessional is a plus — but eagerness to learn is everything . Must have a high school diploma or GED and a genuine love for working with keiki .
