Starting wage for Universal Worker ranges from $16.00-$19.00 including a shift differential and experience base. The hours for this position is one day per week, plus every other weekend with pick up opportunities during the week. We are growing and looking for candidates who want to grow with us! Wage increases apply for employer-sponsored continuing education. As a Universal Worker you will be under the direction of the Assisted Living Director of Nursing. You will provide assistance and reminders to tenants with aspects of daily living as provided in their service plan. The duties also require, but are not limited to assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, dining and assisting with assessments.
