In Home Caregiver GoldenAid Home Care LLC Council Bluffs, IA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications CPR Certification Assisting with ADLs Driver's License First Aid Certification Direct support Full Job Description GoldenAid Home Care is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an adult with mental disabilities and an anxiety disorder.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with daily living activities as needed. Help establish and maintain a calm, structured routine. Encourage participation in community activities and appointments. Monitor for signs of anxiety and use calming, supportive communication. Ensure the client's safety and well-being at all times. Provide transportation to appointments and community outings when needed. Document care provided and communicate any concerns to the care coordinator.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous caregiving or mental health experience is preferred. Must be patient, compassionate, and understanding. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must pass a background check. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
