If you like variety, enjoy meeting new people, and want your work to matter, this role was built for you. What you'll do Provide hands-on care and companionship to residents living with memory loss Prepare meals and keep homes clean, safe, and welcoming Lead activities that bring purpose and joy to residents' days Support our teams with auditing, filing, and organization Deliver the kind of service that makes families feel confident leaving their loved ones with us What we're looking for Reliability above all — our residents and teams count on you Experience in memory care preferred, but a willingness to learn matters more Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations Ability to pass a criminal history background check per Idaho requirements What we offer $20-$21/hour for evening, weekend, and NOC shift coverage.
