We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals that have mental illnesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents in an assisted living setting. This role requires a strong commitment to resident rights, patient care, and adherence to HIPAA regulations while fostering a nurturing environment for all individuals. Shift Availability We are currently hiring for Sunday through Thursday 2pm-10pm as well as Friday through Monday 2pm-10pm. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. No hands on care with residents is required. Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes in residents' health status to appropriate healthcare professionals. Uphold resident rights by promoting dignity, respect, and independence in all interactions. Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies while following established protocols. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to hygiene standards and facility policies. Collaborate with direct supervisors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Experience Previous experience in a caregiver role is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train. CPR/First Aid is a plus, but a requirement prior to work Assist with Medication (Idaho) is a plus, but not required.
