Job Description
Hallmark Homecare is expanding our registry of caregivers with strong dementia and memory-care experience throughout Eastern Idaho. We are seeking patient, observant caregivers who understand redirection, changing behaviors, routines, wandering risks, fall prevention, personal care resistance, and the importance of preserving dignity.
Qualifications:
Five or more years of professional caregiving experience Dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory-care experience strongly preferred Ability to assist with all ADLs and IADLs Confidence with transfers and mobility assistance Three verifiable references from previous professional managers or supervisors Ability to pass a national background check Reliable transportation and consistent communication Calm, patient, and dependable personality Hallmark matches caregivers and families based on skill, schedule, location, and personality. Families interview, choose, and directly hire their caregivers.Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
