Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00

PM Part-time:

Flexible schedules based on client needs and employee availability Please indicate which city or cities you would prefer to work in when applying What You'll Do Provide one-on-one care to children, elderly adults, and individuals with disabilities in their homes Assist clients with activities of daily living according to their care plan Assist with personal care and other daily needs as assigned Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping related to client care Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided Communicate client updates, changes, and concerns to appropriate team members Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Protect client privacy and follow HIPAA requirements Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Reliable personal transportation Dependable and able to work independently Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience preferred CNA certification preferred, but not required for all caregiver positions Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays and vacation time for eligible full-time employees Parental leave Flexible scheduling Paid training Positive, supportive work environment About Premium Choice Home Care Premium Choice Home Care is a locally owned home care company based in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
